Intro to Airway Mx 2022
The RBWH RMO Society presents the 'Introduction to Airway Management' workshop.
This workshop is aimed at developing the skills and knowledge of doctors in dealing with the management of an airway. It is designed to enhance knowledge and confidence in often challenging emergency procedures.
Topics that will be covered :
- Bag mask ventilation
- Videolaryngoscopy
- Use of fibreoptic scopes
- High flow oxygen in airway management
- How to perform a rapid sequence induction
This workshop is highly relevant for all junior doctors particularly those interested in applying for anaesthetics, ED, ICU and surgical specialties.
